The JBS School curriculum is aligned with internationally recognized curricular standards and world-class academic benchmarks.
For English and mathematics, the curriculum is aligned with the U.S. Common Core State Standards for K–12. Science learning is informed by the Next Generation Science Standards. STEAM and technology learning are informed by ISTE Standards. As the school grows, JBS academic planning also includes alignment with future IB and AP diploma-level pathways.
For Grades 1–6, the academic priority is clear: students need strong foundations.

The program is academically serious, but it is not narrow. Children need knowledge, but they also need curiosity, language, confidence, attention, and the ability to keep working when learning becomes difficult. JBS builds these habits from the elementary years.
